Our lead time is based for the Chinese marked – need just 6 weeks for a standard hollow mould or rectangular paver. Additionally we like to stay in a close contact with our customers while design and producing the moulds – you can get all 3D data’s by PDF same as continuously pictures while production – you be always updated over the complete process till shipment.

Our performance in quality is similar to the Europe suppliers - We have developed several new processes for the structure of our products and even got the corresponding patents. This Homepage is an "own made one" - not as professional as from our competitors - but easier to handle and doing updates. Flex-Moulds increase his performance continuously - so we can put our latest design and technology inside without loss any time compared we do outside. The movement to the new location is done while March 2022

The year 2022 was running after the lockdown not so bad

So - we increase our production level to approximatelly 40Moulds each month - mixed between paver and hollow block moulds as well as we have done some needed

investment especially for a new huge grinding machine to secure the expected quality for our customers.

Now we decide to go further on with new invest´s in several milling machines and for the year 2023 we will order an own hardening oven placed together

with some other new equipment in an nearby new plant. With having two production plants up from 2023 after our Spring Festival is finished - we are able to increase

continiously our production to 60-80 moulds every month. In the same way we will come back to shorten our lead time to 6 weeks again.

We hope that no Covid impact - or some other political issue will stop us again from our developement.

Latest News May 17. 2023

Now we got finally the second big CNC additionally to the increase of the capacity - we restructure our production flow

Now we are able to handle round about 100 moulds per month in a kind of flow production

AND: as you can see on the pictures - this is not the end of our improvements - the existing place is big enough to handle more moulds

in shorter delivery time and higher quality as ever before -- the pictures of the production showes actually 150 different moulds in flow.
