Our Team exist out of Manager and Worker with a very long experience in this busyness to secure the promised quality and lead-time for your needed parts.
General Manager: Matthias Roeder worked for the German Rampf Group from up 2000-2014 in the different branches and in high management-position.
PM/Admin (Chairman): Zhou Li worked from 2012 to 2014 with Rampf China - after her dismissing - she established Flex Moulds.
So the experience is more 6 years in this business.
Sales Manager: Sales Manager for China is actually not available.
Designer: Zhang Kai joined 2015 to Flex Moulds with the responsibility of Design in 3D assisted from
Ms.Qian for 2D and programming.
Administration: Gigi Gong is working in financial and sales for shipment - additionally take care of purchasing.
Shift Leader: Sheng worked 14 years in Rampf mould factory and is responsible for production - employees and quality.
Additionally he supports our Sales if needed.
Production worker:
Several of our employees worked before with Rampf China - after Rampf sold out - they prefer to join to Flex-Moulds.
In general - we train new people according our internal processes and before working with our products they have to pass the examination. Additionally we have monthly based audits about the performance and advice the employees how they have to improve their performance according our internal employee regulations.
