The dopple layer tamper head have the benefit that in the first step the pin-cores and the side parts will be demolded and the shoes keep the block still down. So it is possible to produce a block with many pin-cores and have a demolding without any crack or corebar slots on this position. The additionally benefit is that there is no/less need of core bars and the shoe can be designed and cleaned better.
Also - if there are some above contours in the shoes - like some grass blocks - these parts can be added to the tamper head for smoothly cleaning of the shoes with the brush.
This kind of tamper head can be used without additional PLC or power connection - just like a normal mould (Maybe need to adjust your production PLC-program one time accordingly).
