FlexMoulds
was established in the Year 2014. After less one year the company get more and more well-known in the market and have to move out in a bigger location.
So - we got the possibility to invest in all needed machines on our self. We are able to do our production process in house and standardize our production processes - as a result we got more precision improvement of quality and lead-time - shows us that was the right decision.
Except hardening we are undependable in production - but we have made good contract with a high tec hardening company nearby - with a huge experience and handling more 4 new multifunction heat treatments.
Therefore the quality of hardening for insert and shoes are excellent. You can find more details it under: Supplier.
Since 2017 Flex-Moulds investigate more and more the abroad market - Our Goal is from the year 2019/20 to increase the sales to the abroad market to 50% and want to be there as well-known as in China.
Improvements 2019 :
Now we are approved as a HighTec Company - Feb 2019
- Improve frame design -> finished, corebar design in work and tamper head for hollow moulds with new possibilities of the Laser machine
- Increase milling capacity with a new one 1.week in April
- Improve our performance with a new Laser cutting machine - - MOVIE
- Establish an new ERP-System -- in work since March
