As a parts of our continious improving - we find a new hardening supplier
Now - after prooving the quality for a long time - we make a cooperation agreement
Benefit of the new supplier:
relaiable hardening performance
much less deformation of the goods through special salt hardening process
Increase hardening to HRC62 with a deepness of 1,4mm
maximum size of goods till 2m*2m - so all goods will fit well ( see pictures )
High eductated employees combined with new ofen technology can support the best quality in China

Hardening
Most important for the long life-use of our moulds is - to have the best hardening. We have a nearby hardening company which have 6 new multifunction oven and their main busyness based on automotive parts - so from the experience and performance the best in the region.
Our parts using always an own batch - with the special program of carbonizing for our material.
This guarantees a high performance hardened surface with a strong core material - to be resistant against the abrasive of concrete.
Hardening degree of our surface - our goal is between 60-62 HRC - after tempering for avoiding cracks of the strong hardening.
With this hardening company - we have a long time contract - to secure the quality and they check every batch and confirm the result on the corresponding quality report. For the checking of the surface results - used a professional Japanese CNC test equipment
Through our common developed process of carbonizing and quenching - we keep the deformation under control.
The change of the length - after hardening - we eliminate afterwards through EDM.
With this performance - we can guarantee more 100.000 cycle (depend of your request)
