The right raw material is one of the most important issues for producing high quality moulds.
We have three qualified supplier which deliver the material according our contracts and secure the quality by documents from the steel mill.
We use normally for the case hardening-parts, cover plate and core bars Hardox (MN400)
S355 J2G3 for frame and tamper head as well as for tuber.
For all our material we can provide the corresponding documents about the quality. Through our store racks - it is also guaranteed that there is no internal mixture of this steel plates - for safety reason - we also mark it with color.
