Paver - Moulds:
Rectangular - usually we produce in our patented sticker version - combined with our patented frame solutions - we can provide a very precise and durable mould.
Shoes are fitting well - so we don´t need to polish them. Our tolerance of the cavity is less +/-0.1 mm.
Therefore - compared with other mould factories we can deliever rechtangular moulds where all shoes fit in all cavitys: Clearance usually we use 02-0,4mm depend of customer.
Uni, Beaton and other not rectangular -> for this kind of mould we produce the insert by EDM or milling - and the frame is conventional welded.
Shoes must be polished. For some customers we also do rectangular in this way.
Paver size: 60/60mm to 1200/1100mm and Block height 40-125mm
Depend of customers wishes - we use for big or special paver German ruffer-buffer or German bulgs (see link: Practical Knowledge).
