Heated shoes have the benefit to reduce the sticking of concrete on the shoes.
Usually used for embossed surface - surface with small contours - like LOGO - or just to get a nice looking block surface if you use a wet face mix. The temperature of about 70 degree Celsius creates a kind of steam and the concrete (important for face mix) cannot stick at the shoes compared without heating device.
Especially for embossed shoes - this system have a great influence of the block surface.
If needed - we can also add our own made control unit - you can adjust the temperature in 1 degree steps as your product will need for a better closed and smoother surface.
Professional electrical connection of the control unit is the task of customer’s electrical employee!
For the use - obey the safety against electrical power shock - you should have an specialized employee -> take care while cleaning the mould with water.
