In the meantime many of this moulds have a huge amount of cycles ( Company is working mostly 24h and 7d) and all still working well.

Shipment of the blocks done by truck and ship every day - The block mainly used to protect the riverside.

In case of "worn out" - we preproduce single devision plate parts in advance - Customer bring the moulds in the morning and take it repaired back in the afternoon.
