Hollowblock moulds are different - because of the size of the block and the used machine.

 

Usually we are producing according follow standards:

Size of Devisionwall 18/18mm - after hardening we prepare the lenght (contur) by EDM. With our interlocking System and the bolded frame we complete the bottom unit.

For fixing the core (bar) we use following methodes: (see this link)

A) Core and Corebar welded or bolded

B) Corebar included coverplate of cores out of one strong part - cores welded or bolded

C) Bolded Core with interlocked corebar (patent of Flex)

Devisionplates and other insert parts are done by case hardening - Shoes case hardening and bolded or no hardening and welded (less)

 

For the Plunger - we prefer the Flex-Patent specially for exported moulds - bolded plunger -- each plunger can be assembled on each position precise - also included shoes.

So incase you want to change shoes on yourself - you can disassemble the plunger fit - assemble new shoes and bold back on the head.

It will be fit on each position. With this system the head can be turned - and still it will be ok  --> see this Video.

If you have any problem with the head - you can exchange one set of new plunger - if needed with shoes - and will also fit.
