For the bolded frame we have 2 patents -> Block height till 125mm (paver) and the other one over 125mm (hollow-block) -> Have a short look to our patents.
Usually we design the mould with one of them - except we make the insert out of one block by EDM/milling - for this system - the frame is welded conventionally.
The benefit of our bolded frame system is the reduction of vibration through the welding in the frame and in your concrete machine.
Bolded frames - means - the frame is fixed around the insert with screws in the corner area. After the frame is assembled and the entire dimensions are according the drawing - we add additional welding on the four Corner areas between flansh and sideframe to ensure that the frame even the bold have problems still can be prober used.
Important is the connection between the frame and the insert - and there is NO welding between.
Except if the sideframe dimension is too small (seldom) we add additionally welding in this area - however the reduction of vibration still work well.
