Philosophy: -
From the start of the Company „Flex-Moulds“we are always focused to provide our customers the best choice of design – specially for insert parts we are doing very precise and most of them in our patented bolded or interlocked systems for a long cycle time of the mould with optimal vibration capability because there is no/less welding between insert and frame. With this system you can produce faster and with less vibration power – and this is not only an economic issue – also protect your machine caused of less vibration power through the frame.
With our design – our customer can assemble spare parts on his side and spare cost and time in case of something happened – Getting a defect while having a big order in production – you can have new spare parts with small lead time.
Our design is based on - that everybody is able to assembling the moulds (see link) just need small equipments.
Through the results of our moulds with the customer - we develop continuously our design and performance -> the special wishes of our customers increase our performance all the time. Our design department follows all the improvements in the production within the next order - so the development on our side - is the daily work. We never copy design from our competitors - we are doing everything on our self and according our production performance.
Most of our profit we do continuously reinvest - so all our assets are in very good conditions.
In 2019 we established a new ERP - System and reorganized our production from step by step to a real production flow according 5S philosophy. The result after a short time is that we reduce our internal problems and half our throughput time. The improvements you can follow in this video or check out in history
