The idea behind our moulds is to create very flexible systems.
If the block and the layout with the machines allowes - most of our design is done in bolded version.
The benefit for our customer is that the vibration can be kept in the insert - don´t move through frame to their machine.
This system provide a long lifetime of the mould and protect in the same moment the concrete machine for unwanted vabrations.

Compared with other mould factories - we are preparing the lenght of the insert parts after hardening by EDM. So we can afford precise parts after hardening and keep the blocksize of the mould according CAD. This allowed us to make all spareparts exchangeable - undepend of other issues. The same also applies for the outside parts like frame and tamper head - we are able to send Plunger and shoes as single parts and they will fit to your mould - for "The New Generation of our Standard Moulds" all plunger and shoes are exchangeable on each position without polishing.
